Hours:

  • Full-Time

  • 5 days/week, and starts at 8am

  • Ventura County, Los Angeles County, and Orange County

Requirements:

1. Education

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Technical certification in plumbing or HVAC.

  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients, team members, and vendors.

2. Licensing/Registration/Certification

  • Required: Valid driver’s license.

  • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check, including drug testing and motor vehicle record review.

3. Experience

  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in water heater installation, repair, or general plumbing.

  • Additional Experience: Experience with both tank and tankless water heating systems is an advantage.

4. Physical Abilities

  • Body Movements: Ability to sit, stand, kneel, walk, climb, crawl, and lift as required.

  • Visual and Physical Strength: Capability to visually inspect equipment, interpret information, and lift heavy objects as needed.

5. Mental Abilities

  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

  • Spatial Awareness: Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.

  • Motivation and Enthusiasm: A strong drive to achieve goals and meet workplace expectations.
